Nothing. This site is a set of static pages with no analytics, no advertising pixels, no cookies and no contact forms. If you download a sample, that request is logged by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) in the ordinary way any web server logs a request; we do not use those logs to build a profile of you.
Checkout is run by Creem, which acts as merchant of record. Creem collects the information needed to take payment and to deliver your files — typically your email address, name, country and payment details — under its own privacy policy. We receive your email address and order details so we can deliver the files and answer support questions. We do not see or store your card number.
We use it to deliver your download, to answer you, and to handle refunds. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Ask us at hello@traceandread.com for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. For order and payment records we may need to keep the minimum required for tax and accounting, and we will tell you if that applies.
The packs are teaching materials for children, but this website is aimed at the adult who buys and prints them. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
