Refunds

The short version: print a free sample page before you buy. If the files are broken, missing or not what the page describes, you get a refund or a replacement. If you simply changed your mind after downloading, we cannot refund — the file is already in your hands.

When we refund

You were charged but never received a working download link.
A file will not open, or pages are missing, and we cannot fix it within two business days.
The pack is materially different from what the product page describes.
A duplicate charge for the same order.

When we do not refund

You downloaded the files and changed your mind.
You expected different content that was not promised on the product page — please check the free sample page and the bullet list before buying.
The files were shared, resold or redistributed in breach of the license.

Right of withdrawal (EU / UK customers)

Digital content is normally covered by a 14-day right of withdrawal. When you buy, you ask us to start delivery immediately (the download opens straight away), and you acknowledge that once the download has begun you lose that right of withdrawal. If you have not started the download, email us within 14 days and we will cancel and refund the order.

How to ask

Email hello@traceandread.com with the order email address and, if you have it, the Creem order number. We reply within one business day. Approved refunds are returned by Creem to the original payment method; how fast it appears depends on your bank.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong, please email us first. A card chargeback takes weeks and costs us a fee that is larger than most of our products — a two-line email usually solves the same problem the same day.
