These packs are sold by Li Yao, an individual seller based in Guangzhou, China (“we”, “us”). Contact: hello@traceandread.com.
Each product is a set of digital PDF files. Nothing physical is shipped. Files are delivered as a download as soon as payment is confirmed, and the same download stays available from your receipt link.
You may print unlimited copies for your own family, or for the students in one classroom you personally teach. You may not resell, share, upload or redistribute the files or printed copies, include them in a paid product or bundle, or claim authorship. Teaching several classrooms or a whole school requires a separate license — email us.
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Payment is processed by Creem, which acts as merchant of record and handles sales tax/VAT. Your card statement will show Creem.
Delivery is immediate and automatic. If a download fails, email us and we will send the files directly, normally within one business day.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in the country where you live, including statutory rights of withdrawal and guarantees.
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. The terms that applied when you bought are the ones that apply to that purchase.
